1. Returns
- Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@costigoscollections.com or call +2348021021218 to request a return authorization.
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and documentation.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided in your return authorization. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
