  • Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping.

Refund Processing
